By using the WordMon app and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service, as well as the related Subscription Terms and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. This app is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), and these Terms together with the related documents supplement that Standard EULA. For specific matters such as account services, data sync, subscription billing, and governing law, these Terms supplement Apple's Standard EULA; if any provision of these Terms is inconsistent with Apple's mandatory applicable terms, Apple's mandatory terms will prevail.
WordMon provides vocabulary learning, review, and progress sync features. We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service within a reasonable scope, and will provide advance notice where reasonably possible.
You should use your own account and are responsible for activities under your account. You agree not to use the service for unlawful, infringing, or disruptive purposes, and not to attempt to access, reverse engineer, or circumvent our or any third party's security or billing mechanisms.
The intellectual property rights in the WordMon app, interface, and content (other than learning data you create yourself) belong to us or our licensors. You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service and may not sublicense, resell, or use it for commercial derivative purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law remains with us.
Subscription and in-app purchase pricing, billing periods, auto-renewal, and cancellation methods are governed by the Subscription Terms and by what is displayed in the App Store or in the app. If these Terms conflict with the Subscription Terms, the Subscription Terms will prevail for payment and subscription matters. Deleting the app or deleting your account will not automatically cancel your subscription. To cancel, please go to Settings β Apple ID β Subscriptions on your device before the end of the current billing period.
We may revise these Terms from time to time, and your continued use after any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified through the app or this site. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. The service is operated by EaseVersa.
