By using the Wordemon app and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Wordemon provides vocabulary learning, review, and progress sync features. We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service with reasonable notice where possible.
You should use your own account and are responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to use the service for illegal, infringing, or disruptive purposes, and not to attempt to circumvent or reverse-engineer our or any third party’s security or billing mechanisms.
Intellectual property in the Wordemon app, interface, and content (other than learning data you create) belongs to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service and may not sublicense, resell, or use it for commercial derivative purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law remains with us.
Subscription pricing, billing cycles, auto-renewal, and cancellation are governed by the Subscription Terms and what is shown in the App Store or in the app. In case of conflict with these Terms, the Subscription Terms prevail for payment and subscription matters.
We may amend these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or this site. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our operating entity, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
For questions about these Terms of Service, please contact us through the app or our official contact channels.
